Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags and designer labels remain intact and undamaged to qualify for processing.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
